Accomplishments

In private practice, he has served as a value manager supporting the owners and boards of directors of small and medium sized businesses, including the creation of revenue generation and performance management initiatives that increase owner equity in cooperation with their exit strategy.  He has developed numerous business and performance tools to support operational improvements.

As a professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Howe led key business development and value creation endeavors and managed complex enterprise consulting engagements, with a focus on profitable revenue growth.

As president of US Based operations of TDSort, an Israeli Telecom Manufacturing firm, Mr. Howe created and expanded relationships with US- based manufacturers that need TdSoft product for their international expansions.  He guided the firm to increase revenue and reach profitability, including development of new relationships with major telecommunications manufacturers.

In the firm of Howe & Associates, he developed, built and commissioned broadband wireless point to multipoint data and telecom systems for clients in China, Ukraine, Chile, Italy and Venezuela, including:

  • Successfully developing market research in each country
  • Successfully developing business plan for 5 different systems in different countries
  • Successfully funding and delivering each of these systems to the complete satisfaction of the licensee holder

As a business unit manager in a division of Andrew Corporation he turned the division around from loss to profitability in 18 months.  Key points included:

  • Sales grew from $12M - $50M within 18 months
  • Profitability went from -20% to plus 12% a 32% swing to the positive within 18 months
  • Increased win ratio by 300%
  • Improved cost of sales from 28% to 17%

Jack is an active mentor, supporting development of new executives, managers and sales professionals.

Jack has trained the trainers such as: Kent Billingsley, Ken Bradford, Bryan Flannagin, and many others.
